Atty. Hector V. Hernandez, DPM
Atty. Hector is a seasoned HR professional with over 30 years of experience in managing HR departments of medium to large organizations, both local and multinational. He’s also worked with international non-profit organizations across Asia and Africa. His expertise in competency has made him one of the most sought after professionals in the country.
Throughout his career, he has led HR teams at top companies such as Glaxo Philippines, American Express, Novartis, Sanofi Aventis, Mediaquest Holdings, and Maxicare Healthcare. Currently, he shares his knowledge and expertise as a faculty member of the School of Education and Development at the University of Asia and the Pacific, teaching both graduate and undergraduate students.

Atty. Jessie Matibag
Atty. Jess received his Bachelor of Laws (LlB) degree from the University of Sto. Tomas in 1986. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1987. He has vast experience in banking having spent over 30 years as in-house legal counsel of various unibanks including LandBank, PCIBank, Equitable PCIBank and BDO. He was formerly the Head of Legal Division of Equicom Savings Bank.
In 2013 he joined the Litigation Group of Divina Law, one of the leading law firms in the country. While in Divina Law, he handles wide range of cases involving commercial, labor, banking and collections including corporate secretarial works in various companies both local and foreign.
He is now a Partner at Pecson Luna Matibag (PecsonLaw) Law offices.
Ms. Monette Matibag
Monette finished her Bachelor of Science degree major in Economics from the University of Santo Tomas. She got her MBA from Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
She was formerly the President of Equicom Shared Services, Inc. and currently the Procurement Head in the Ramcar Group of Companies.
Her area of expertise is in commercial management, administrative and general services.
Ms. Rossana M. Santos
Annie has more than 25 years of experience in Healthcare and 8 years in the Shared Services Industry.
With her grounded expertise in Strategic HR Management and Labor Relations, she has supported clients in the Construction, BPO, Fintech, and Retail industries to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
She was an HR Director of a multinational pharmaceutical company before she joined the Shared Services of Equicom and retired as its VP. Annie is the SVP for HR and Business Development of ACCI Philippines.
