Ms. Rosario S. Ventura, DPM
Chit, one of the Senior Management Consultants has proven Management expertise in all facets of the Human Resource Management honed in the manufacturing set-up. Armed with her AB and MS Sociology UP Diliman, an MBA from the Ateneo de Manila University and a Strategic HR Course from the Columbia University, she exhibited flexibility and leadership in managing Corporate Affairs, Community and Industrial Relations.She is the first female President of both the PMAP and the Society of Fellows (SOF). is a Diplomate in People Management.
Luz Co-Laguitao, FPM
Bobbie has over 20 years of Corporate and 24 years of Consulting in HRM, Training, and Labor Relations. The 2014 Vice President of the People Management of the Philippines (PMAP), its Editor-writer and an active Chair of various Committees for many years, she is a Fellow in People Management (FPM). She was the Lead adviser of HR Food Link; a Rotarian of D-3780, and a Toastmaster. She is active in the MFC Community and local parish. Currently, she is a Board Director of Club Punta Fuego, Norfil Foundation, Inc. and Board Chair of the TMC, a multi-purpose cooperative engaged in the workers’ services and credit.
Mr. Allan Allas, AFPM
Al believes in enabling people and organizations to succeed. This has guided him across three decades of work, both in the corporate and consulting world. He graduated Magna cum Laude from the Philippine Dominican House of Studies with an AB Philosophy degree. He joined the corporate world as a Management Trainee and chose the Training track, which started his career in HR. He pursued the spectrum of HR and OD, and Business Development, as well as in Sales and Marketing functions. His corporate and consulting work included engagement in various industries like insurance, banks, FMCG, telcos, real estate, manufacturing, BPO, and retail. He has also designed teambuilding workshops.
Mr. Mirlo Sustiguer
Mirlo is an experienced Human Resource practitioner, with strong working knowledge in Total HR, gained through more than a decade of dedicated corporate work and consulting. During his professional life, he worked and engaged with highly diverse industries that include retail, healthcare, financial institution, hotel, and consultancy firms. He implements Design and Installation of Competency Models. He carries with him a Marketing degree and completed his Bachelor of Laws.
